On-Campus Vendor Opportunities & Event Partnerships

External Vendors on Campus
Showcase your brand on campus and connect with post-secondary students. Our External Vendor program enables organizations to apply to host a booth on campus at our Progress Student Centre. Increase your brand visibility, generate leads, connect with your audience, and support students by offering great deals and offers!
How to Become a Vendor?
- Review & complete the Vendor Policy Form.
- Email your completed form to [email protected].
- Wait 2 – 3 weeks for our team to review your request and confirm space availability.
Our team will contact you to book the vendor space for your preferred date and time.
NOTE: The External Vendor program excludes event and orientation sponsorship. If you are interested in coming on campus during the orientation period, or at a campus event please check out Event Partner Policy and Event Partner Packages (coming soon).

Event Partnerships
Collaborate with us as event partners for our key events. Key events may include, but are ot limited to:
- Orientation Events (Welcome Party, Campus Tours, Mixers, etc.)
- Networking Nights
- Trivia Nights
- Variety Shows (Magic, comedy, talent, etc.)
- Concerts and Music Festivals
Event partnerships can vary based on your organization, goals, CCSAI’s Event Calendar, space, and staff availability. Our team is developing an Event Partnership Package that will outline opportunities for your organization to collaborate; this will be available soon. By partnering with CCSAI, your organization will have direct access to our vibrant and diverse student community, providing a valuable platform to promote your products and services. You can connect with students in person at our event spaces across the GTA.
How to Become an Event Partner?
- Review & complete the Event Partner Policy Form.
- Select your Partnership Opportunities of interest from the Event Partnership Package (coming soon).
- Email your completed form to [email protected].
- Wait 2 – 3 weeks for our team to review your request and begin the partnership review process.
Event Partnerships VS. External Vending
You have a few different options to be able to come on campus and connect with our students.
Event Partnerships come at higher rates given the increased foot traffic, exclusive access to multiple Centennial campuses and access to additional marketing & advertising opportunities. Event Partnerships can also be more customizable to curate unique brand experiences on campus. We also welcome opportunities for in-kind partnerships.
External Vending is available year-round (excluding the orientation & event periods) during business hours at our Progress Campus Student Centre. This option allows businesses to pop up on campus during a typical day. There are no additional marketing or advertising opportunities and usually no customized packages.
