Use this form to submit an application to renew your club’s status for the 2025/2026 academic year. By completing this form, your club will continue to have its official club status and do not need to re-apply to start your club for the next academic year.

Each club must have three (3) Executive Members (President, Vice President, Admin Officer) and at least five (5) general members to remain active. All club members must be current, full-time students at Centennial College
