Start a Club

Use the form below to submit an application to start a club. In order to start a club, you will need to have a clear purpose for the club and three (3) students as Club Executives and a minimum of five (5) additional students as general members. After submitting the application, the listed Club Executives will be contacted by the CCSAI.
