In collaboration with the Centre for Accessible Learning and Counselling Services (CALCS) and Centennial Colts, we’re delivering a fantastic workshop tomorrow during Bell Let’s Talk Day.

“Move your Body to Boost your Mind” will be a 1-hour session for students and staff to learn tips on how to use exercise to boost their mental wellness.
