1 medium-size tomato chopped
1 baby cucumber sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of lime
2/8 cup of feta cheese crumbled
pinch of sea salt
1/8 basil chopped
2/8 red onion

1. Put chopped tomato and sliced baby cucumber into a mixing bowl. Optional: add chopped basil and/or red onion into the bowl.
2. In a meaning cup or small bowl whisk together olive oil, squeezed lime and a pinch of salt to make the dressing.
3. Pour dressing int he mixing bowl and toss the salad to coat with dressing.
