1 cup each of: shortening, brown sugar, white sugar, peanutbutter
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350° and prepare a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and both sugars. Mix in the peanutbutter then the eggs. Lastly add the flour and soda till well combined.

Portion and form dough into pingpong sized balls and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart. Using a fork, press down on each ball creating a crisscross pattern on the top.

Bake at 350° for 10-12 min. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before moving to cooling rack or plate. Makes about 4 dozen little cookies
