PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Before your appointment, please be sure to familiarize yourself with the Centennial College Re-Entry Guidelines.
You will be required to sign in before entering the campus. We recommend to arrive at the campus early and allow yourself some time before your appointment to complete this process.
Check-in locations:
Ashtonbee Campus: A-Block and C-Block entrances
Progress campus: Library/L-Block Fireside Gallery entrance
For more information, visit Centennial College’s Before Returning to Campus requirements.
Graduation photos are a very important occasion so we recommend looking your best! This will be memorable to both you and your family.
What to wear: To provide contrast against the black graduation gown, we recommend wearing a white or light-colored shirt with a collar.
In addition to the graduation portraits, the photographers will take a few casual photos. These photos can be used for business headshots or profile headshots.
Graduation Gowns and basic props will be provided. However, you can bring your own flowers, hand held props or items related to your program.
Please avoid any make-up finishes that will add shine or reflection (may cause issues with the flash from the lighting).
How can I book my appointment?
You can book your appointment online at CentennialGradPhotos.com.
Are walk-ins accepted?
No, you must pre-book your appointment.
What is a sitting fee?
A “Sitting Fee” is a charge for the initial shoot. Its main purpose is to make sure the graduates are serious about purchasing photos. You do not get any photos with the sitting fee.
What happens with the $20 I paid for a sitting fee?
The $20 sitting fee will be credited towards the cost of a package after tax if you order before the due date.
The $20 fee is non-refundable if the due date is missed or if you do not order a package.
How much do the packages cost?
If you have a www.centennialgradphotos.com account, login to “See the Packages/Pricing”. There will also be a price list available with the photographers at the shoot.
How do I find out the due date to order grad photos?
We will post the due date on www.centennialgradphotos.com in the Announcements section and send you an email reminder to the email you provided on the day of your photoshoot.
