Stress is part of everyday life.
When we aren’t able to identify the signs of stress and don’t have the tools to manage it, it can negatively impact all areas of our lives. Especially during COVID-19, we’re all struggling to cope with the uncertainty of the moment and are naturally feeling scared, isolated, and overwhelmed.
This session is all about identifying and managing our stress so that we can try our best to stay calm at this uncertain time.
