The CCSAI and the Student Experience Office will be holding Grade Appeal Clinics on January 7th and January 14, 2019 to guide students who are displeased about their grade and are considering submitting a grade appeal.

The clinics will provide students with:

• Coaching on how they can have a conversation with their instructor about their grade
• Tips on putting together an effective grade appeal package
• Information about the grounds a grade can be appealed
• The steps in the grade appeal process
• How and where to submit a grade appeal package
• Services available at the College that they can utilize
