The CCSAI and the Student Experience Office will be holding a Grade Appeal Clinic on Tuesday, January 8, 12 – 2 p.m. to guide students who are displeased about their grade and are considering submitting a grade appeal.

The clinics will provide students with:

• Coaching on how they can have a conversation with their instructor about their grade
• Tips on putting together an effective grade appeal package
• Information about the grounds a grade can be appealed
• The steps in the grade appeal process
• How and where to submit a grade appeal package
• Services available at the College that they can utilize
