Finding your back to school groove can be challenging & even overwhelming. Take this midweek opportunity to unwind, to recenterfind your breath & move your muscles.  

Join any of our three mindful moments:  

  1. Morning Meditation at 10 am
  2. Midday Breathing Exercises at 2 pm
  3. Unwinding Movement / Bedtime Meditation at 9 pm
