Fat Loss

A high intensity class that combines resistance training and cardio intervals to maximize strength building and fat burning. Open to all levels of participants. Watch our class promo video here.

Classes are streamed every Monday at 12PM on Instagram and YouTube.



Strength & Performance

 Great for anyone who wants to build strength, flexibility and explosive power. Participants can be recreational or competitive. Competition opportunities occur at least once per semester for those who qualify.

Fitness Assessments

*Please note, fitness assessments are not currently being offered while our facilities are closed.

These appointments with an AWC Personal Trainer give members an opportunity to discuss their goals and receive structured advice. This includes a full body composition assessment with our InBody machine. These appointments are free.

What do they need?

  • A filled consult intake form, picked up from the AWC Guest Services Desk
  • Active clothing not needed

Personal Training

A service provided at the AWC by certified fitness professionals. The member will be guided towards their goals through supervised, individualized fitness programming.

  • Personal training is for anyone, any skill level or ability, any goal
  • The frequency of this service will not be the same for everyone as the trainer will make recommendations to suit individual needs
  • Appointments and other communications with personal training clients will be done directly through the trainer
  • Package prices are posted at the GSR desk
