There will be 2 spaces for the duration of the event. Music and DJ’s featuring four genres will be at the AWC and acoustic vibes, chill lounges, an games will be at the Main Events Hall.

The Union Bar will open and will also be serving finger food items and alcohol for folks!

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• This is a 19+ event. All event participants must present a physical piece of valid Canadian government-issued ID that indicates the Date of Birth to enter the event.
• This event is sponsored and presented by the Centennial College Student Association Incorporated. As such, it is subject to all CCSAI and Centennial College policies. All actions undertaken at the event are subject to the Centennial College Code of Conduct
• No large bags or backpacks are permitted at the event. All small bags are subject to be searched by security upon entering.
• Doors close for entry at 12:00 AM.
• There are no in and out privileges at the event.
• Centennial College is a smoke-free campus. A smoking area or patio will not be available.
• This is a rain or shine event.
• Anyone is subject to be requested to leave the property and the discretion of Paragon Security or Toronto Police Services.
• Paragon Security and Centennial College security have the right to refuse entry to the event.
• Refund requests will be accepted until September 6 at 9:00 PM. No refunds after this date.

Accepted Forms of Government Issued Identification include:

• Passport – An international passport is acceptable.
• Canadian Driver’s License
• Ontario Photo Identification Cards – Permanent Resident Card / Ontario Photo ID

Note: Digital copies, or photos of documents, health card, and international licenses are NOT accepted as valid proof of age identification.

All event attendees must provide valid government ID.

Entry will not be granted without an accepted form of ID.

STUDENT, & GUEST POLICY:

• Tickets are available for purchase for full-time and part-time students enrolled in a Ministry-approved program at Centennial College.
• If you are not a student enrolled at Centennial College or a recent grad, you will not be eligible to purchase student tickets from CCSAI.
• One guest per Centennial Student. Guest tickets must be purchased with student tickets.
• All students with guests must enter the event together. Guests must be accompanied by the Centennial College student who purchased the ticket to enter the event.
• Guests will not be permitted entry without the Centennial student they registered with.
• All guests and students must provide a valid government-issued ID as proof of age to enter the event

TICKET POLICY:

• Once a ticket selection is made, we cannot accommodate any changes.
• Limit of up to 1 Student and 1 Guest ticket per student. Student and guest tickets must be purchased together.
• If you purchased a ticket and are found NOT to be a Centennial College student or Recent Grad, you will not be admitted into the event.
• The name on the Student, Recent Grad, or Guest Eventbrite Ticket should match the name of the student and/or guest being admitted.
• Students and guests must provide a valid government-issued ID to enter the event and verify their age.
• Tickets will not be sold at the door. All tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite.
• Refund requests will be accepted until September 6 at 9:00 PM.
  No refunds after this date.
• This is a 19+ event, and there will be bar service available. We ask that all participants drink responsibly.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

• Weapons, firearms, etc.
• Outdoor food and beverages
• Backpacks & Large Bags
• Professional cameras (3″ lens or larger)
• Large handbags, knapsacks etc. exceeding 16″ x 16″ x 8″
• Cameras with detachable lenses and/or larger than 3″ in size
• Weapons and/or knives (including pocket knives).
• Alcohol beverages and/or illegal drugs
• Sticks (including signs attached to a stick)
• Selfie-sticks and/or retractable poles or devices
• Laser pens
• Pressurized air horns
• Glass bottles
• Plastic bottles or cans larger than 600ml
• Fireworks and any other illegal substances
• Full face masks that conceal a person’s face
• Full costume face masks that conceal a person’s face
• Oversized costumes, mascot apparel
• Clothing with offensive and/or inappropriate language or statements
• Noisemakers
• Other items deemed prohibited by Life, Safety & Security.
