Squash Courts Open in the AWC
Date: June 22, 2012 12:55 PM
Our squash courts are finally ready for play!
On Thursday, June 21 at 11:30 a.m., Brad Chapman and Rob Scott played the first game in the brand-new facilities. Chapman, Centennial's CFO and VP, Business Development and Scott, a Paralegal student with an undergrad Philosophy degree from Wilfred Laurier University, played a fast-paced game that ended in a close 11-9 score for Scott.
But really, everyone wins in this scenario - as of Monday, June 25, the courts will be open for use. "There are no dead spots in the floor," says Chapman, and you can sign out rackets and a ball from the GSR desk in the AWC. Don't forget to wear your shoes with the best traction.
