A Healthy & Well-Balanced Diet
Eating well is a form of Self-Respect; you are what you eat. It impacts the way we feel, the energy we have and how capable we can be. Remember what they say, whatever the problem is, the answer is not in the fridge.
Pursuing a hobby or activities of your interest
This could be any activity that you have trouble finding time for but always look forward to doing. It could be anything you’re passionate about, maybe even pick up something new and try it out! This keeps you mentally engaged making your brain sharper.

Surround yourself with a strong support system- Invest your time, energy in the right people.
Time spent socializing can help build your confidence (or at least keep it from sinking lower), strengthen your sense that life has meaning and purpose, can raise your spirits and help protect you against the effects of stress and loss. Don’t get so busy making a living, you forget to make a life.
